Because the British have always HATED anything German ever since The first World War.
I'm going to assume you mean the music video for "Pussy"- Those are all random, unknown pornographic actresses.

This is probably because Du Hast was Rammstein's biggest chart and radio hit in the United States, and the music video for it was put into heavy rotation on MTV. As well as that, it's been featured in several movie and television soundtracks, and they were part of the very successful first Family Values Tour.
Rammstein bring out the rubber boat when they perform their cover of Stripped [by Depeche Mode] live and when they perform Seemann live. As of their current tour, Stripped has been taken off their live setlist and they have switched back to doing the boat stunt during Seemann, which had been off the live setlist for over 10 years.
You can see the boat stunt performed during Stripped on the Volkerball DVD [2006] and during Seemann on the Live Aus Berlin DVD [1998].
According to the making of in the Lichtspielhaus DVD, the woman's name is Cecil Duetsch.
Till Lindemann has not left Rammstein and has no plans to in the foreseeable future. Rammstein have always been adamant about the fact they will never play with anyone else besides the original 6 they have had since formation.
Till did, however, say he wanted to retire at age 50 to spend more time with his children in an interview from 2004. It's unknown whether or not he still feels this way/plans to do this...
No, just one. You may have heard two different versions of it, e.g. a live and a video mix, or you may have accidentally named two different songs 'Rammstein' by mistake - this is fairly likely given that the band is also called Rammstein; you should be able to tell which is the real song because it is has a slow beginning beat and a repeated chant of 'Rammstein' throughout parts of the song.
Tokio Hotel are way better. But that's just my opinion . :D
Oomph!, Megaherz, Eisbrecher, and Stahlhammer are all good ones to listen to, with a similar style to Rammstein.
XXX with Vin Diesel has used rammstein in the very beginning.
Richard Z Kruspe lives in America. The other members of the band all live in Berlin in Germany.
Rammsteins first song is called rammstein. in the concerts Till lindemann wears a coat on fire when singing this song. his metal jacket is on fire because it represents the airplane in fire that killed about 79 people in an airshow in a German town called Ramstein.
