if they are bumps i would guess they was boils. if its flat i would say ring worm. for boils take a daily vitimin and switch soaps for awhile sounds like you may have very sencitive skin. switch to IVORY PURE soap and try that.

Um, well that's not really a answer ! I have the same thing going on- maybe sometype of beetle bug bite. They are red and sore and go through phases of size it seems. It sucks!
