That depends on what the glasses are made of. Glass and most plastics cannot be made magnetic. Ferrous metals (Iron based) can be magnetic, as well as certain minerals. So if your Ray-Bans have steel frames, the frames can be magnetic. If plastic, only the hinges, screws and any steel reinforcements in the earpiece could be magnetic. ON the other hand, any well chosen sunglasses can enhance your own magnetism and attract members of the apposite sex. In that case, I suppose you could call them magnetic.
