Blonde hair is rare, light brown, brown and black on the other hand is common. Their hair tend to have a grey-blonde shade, due to mixing with Slavs and Germans. But a correct statistic don't exist.

NO, ROMANIANS DON'T LOOK LIKE GYPSIES AND SPANIARDS/LATINS, on contrary to popular belief. The only thing they have in common with latin countries is the language.
