yes you do have to have the equipement that is described in the clue scroll equiped when you do the emote but once you have done the emote a double agent will attack you, once it has started attacking you can put armor on and kill it. double agents are always a higher level than you so be ready with some food.
after you have killed it equip the stuff again and do the emote again, you have to make sure you have nothing elseon but the stuff you need when doing the emote both times or it won't work. the second time you do it a man called uri who is harmless will appear talk to him for either another clue or reward.

You can't. Soul Wars is specifically made so you can't leach. There is an activity bar which is there to see how active you are. Such as attacking players, burrying bones, and even dying can bring it up a whole lot. So it's impossible to just sit and do nothing in Soul Wars. The only minigame you can do nothing and still get a reward is Castle Wars. But you can only sit in the Respawn room for 2 minutes, then you get kicked out. So walking in and out of the respawn room resets the timer, sitting somewhere where you won't get attacked, or running around doing nothing at all. You'll still get a 2 ticket reward; that is if your team wins. Otherwise you'll be stuck with no tickets.
