The 'satanic church' is not really an organized sect, it's more like a club or organization for like minded people. You would have to find out who they are in your area and what they may call their group. There may be no phone number for the group itself. In fact, most followers of 'satanism' are young people whose belief system is in an investigative or emotionally disengaged stage which they eventually grow out of; for those you would need to know who they are and the individuals' phone number.
Famous people belong to different religions and some are not religious at all. Satanism is a religion/cult thus it is possible that anyone can belong to it.
Are Wiccan practices Satanist?
No, Satan is an entity in the Christian faith. Wicca predates Christianity.
The idea of wiccans of witchs being associated with Satan or black magick comes from a certain group of wiccans who wanted to change the religion into how they wanted it. The magick they performed was very dark, this made it alot more noticeable. So from one group it spread to more evil people wanting to perform black magic. Soon the christians saw all wiccans as evil and burnt any to death. This is why witches/wiccans are seemed as evil.

Christianity teaches you that anyone can be saved who seeks forgiveness through Jesus Christ, but they must do so on their own accord. You cannot save anyone who doesn't choose it for themselves.

Satanists (the LaVey kind) do not pray, they perform rituals which is entirely different. They will perform these rituals wherever they feel they should. Also on any day they wish. Although Walpurgischnat (end of April/beginning of May), Halloween, and the practioner's birthday are favourites. By the way, you'll find that fellow Satanists are often few and far between.

A fellow named Anton Le Vey wrote what he called the Satanist Bible. It's basically a work commending excess, revenge and high living. Le Vey went to great lengths to adopt a "satanic" personality, wearing black and trimming his hair like cartoon devil pictures, but he didn't actually belive in an intelligent force for evil. "Satan" was his metaphor for the indulgences which other religions supposedly denied people.
