How do you unpack objects on second life that you bought on the market place?
Objects purchased on Marketplace are delivered in world directly to your inventory. There is sometimes a delay of a few minutes for this to happen.
Open up your inventory and your delivered items can be found in the 'received items' folder. Drag the object out of your inventory onto the floor; right click it and select open then copy to inventory.

The simulation of having a baby on Second Life is achieved by the user first wearing a pregnancy HUD (heads up display) that simulates pregnancy over a determined period of time. It may not be possible to uninstall the viewer totally, sometimes fragments remain on the computer after the uninstall process.

How do you make your character nude on second life?
To make yourself nude, right click on your avatar and select: take off-clothes-more-all clothes. This will remove all your items of clothing. You can take off individual items of clothing one by one if you wish by selecting them individually.
You can also use the detach function on the same menu, selecting: take off-detach all. However this will remove all your clothing and any attachments to your avatar and HUD. This includes hair, shoes, glasses, hats etc.
To make yourself nude using your inventory, open up your inventory and select the worn items tab, this will show you a list of everything your avatar is wearing including objects and HUD items. You can remove these worn items by right clicking them and selecting detach from yourself.
