Are 32 caliber revolvers good self defense weapens?
A 22 cal is too small for good self defense.

Small calibre ammunition may not stop an attacker immediately. Ballistic science enforces small calibre, .22 or .32, ammunition may bounce around in a person if it penetrates them at all. I would suggest ammunition commonly used by law enforcement, 9mm, 40 cal, 45 cal, or 38 cal, of a hollow point variety. But since we are talking about firearms for defense there is nothing better than a shotgun. Just racking a round into the chamber could stop an aggressor.

It's not that simple. If you kill someone because an individual punches you, your going to have a big problem. If you believe that your life or the life of someone else was in imminent danger, and there is no other recourse, you can kill in this type of situation. However, at times this can get quite sticky. Others may have a different opinion on what exactly is imminent danger. You would have to prove your life or the life of someone else was legitimately in serious danger.

What do you feel is the best handgun caliber for general self defense?
No one answer possible. It will be a caliber with the best stopping power that you can shoot well, and is 100.00000% reliable. For some people, that is a .327 magnum, for some, a .45 ACP. I personally carry either a .357 Magnum or a compact .45 ACP, but both have too much recoil for my wife- who does very well with a .38 Special. As is often said- Your Mileage May Vary. Would suggest you visit a range that rents handguns for use on that range, and try as many as you can to see what works for you. A 250 lb football player and a 95 lb woman may have different needs and abilities- you did not say which one you were.

It is never 'legal'. The exact circumstances will all have to be taken into account. If it was clearly a case of it either being you or the attacker being killed, then you will probably be acquitted. Same for accidentally killing an attacker in self defence - like if you pushed him away from you, but he fell and hit his head, dying from the injury.
However if you gained the upper hand and then deliberately killed the attacker, expect to be charged with manslaughter.

Well, i mean it depends on the crime..if the victim died from self defense..the suspect will get murder. But if the suspect died from being attacked or harmed by the victim..then the victim shouldn't face a lot of time. What one is best for self defense-Kung Fu or karate?
The question of which system of Martial Art is "better" is ALWAYS a matter of opinion.
Kung fu is from China, and is based on imitating natural defenses and movements of animals. Karate is a term that originally described the origins of hand fighting in China ("Kara" = "Tang" or ancient China during the Tang Dynasty, and "Te" = "hand"). Later, Japanese Shotokan master Gichen Funakoshi suggested that the confusion between Chinese boxing, and Japanese Martial Art be cleared up by changing the characters where "Kara" also means "empty," thus "Karate-Do" means "The way of the empty hand."
Although both Korea and Japan had ancient fighting methods, it is believed that the Chinese hand method was learned and taken back to Okinawa, and became known as "te" or hand. It was modified and developed into a unique Okinawan Martial Art, and later migrated into Japan. Fist fighting from China was also introduced directly into Korea as Tang Su Do ("The way of China Hand), and blended with their native grappling and kicking.
Korea's Martial Art of today has influences that stem back thousands of years into their history and culture, but little is known about direct translation of a specific curriculum. Yet, modern Taekwondo is based on the unique concept of placing the strongest and longest weapon of the legs as the primary weapon, thus the entire strategy, and tactics of Taekwondo differs from all other systems, including many of those that influenced the early founders of Taekwondo.
Each Martial Art system has similar qualities to offer, with different approaches to the same end. The real differences comes not in the art itself, but in the quality of instruction which produces either good, proficient Martial Artists, or improperly trained students. Opinions, and personal preferences vary, but in reality, there is no such thing as one system being "better" than another.

It's proven itself time and again in street brawls since the sport's revival in the early 1700's in Great Britain. The modern sport of boxing, was the only "self-defense" smaller kids had against bullies prior to the 1970's with the rise of the more "exotic" fighting arts (like Karate). In fact, a good 90% of World War II era males, know how to box, regardless of ethnic background.
Is boxing effective? Put it this way; in East Los Angeles, boxing gyms, and people who go there on a regular basis are avoided by street punks and cholos for a reason. In fact, in a bad neighborhood of a large city, the safest place in said bad neighborhood is likely the area around a boxing gym; even gang members don't mess with them. There are always stupid punks who try, but 90% of the time they almost always get beat up, and badly too. Street kids, gang members have their reputation for being very dangerous street brawlers, but, believe it or not even they will avoid provoking a boxing gym.

Yes, a swift kick in the nuts works, but it also depends on the circumstance. If you are truly afraid for your life, punch them in the throat (not with a fist, with your knuckles curled on you fingers), if it is a simple schoolyard fight DON'T DO IT ! It can be a fatal shot. Use your smaller size to out speed your opponent. Stay out of range, if he out weights you, he is stronger. Good luck
