Did 911 happen because of religion?
No it was not done because of or in the name of any religion. It was an act of terror by a small group of extremists trying to see if they could poke their finger into the eye of Uncle Sam. It was also not act of war taken on by some country or nation. The purpose of terror is to terrorise plain and simple. Osama Bin Laden was the leader of this plot and he has deep pockets and powerful family and political connections which may help him avoid retribution. He is a wanted criminal and will either be captured or will die in hiding and relative obscurity.
