A good lineage of Siberian husky. I am running one Seppala and one zero will do and average speed over 3 miles of 20mph and a top speed of approx 28mph. but these guys are no older than 1.5yrs. so i expext a little more but not much.

im just a kid, 10 years old.i have a friend named kylie who knows most about wolves and dogs. it seems like Siberian huskies are bigger than malamutes. the only reason i ask this question is because my great uncle had a husky and she was either a malamute or a Siberian husky. she looked liked a wolf in winter. she would scare people in winter. its sad because she died.her name was molly.

I don't really get your point, you mean like just for Sibirian huskies or all the dogs? Or do you mean because they are sledge-dogs? In that case, maybe treat them better and don't work them out that hard. Start an organisation and collect money !? That would be my best answer......

Our 8 yr old Siberian Husky would not lower herself to fetching a ball. She thinks she is a Princess. When her sister, a 4 yr old Golden Retriever fetches the ball, she ignores both of us and goes about her majesty's way. I suppose if you started soon enough a Husky would fetch. We didn't, but then we didn't have to teach our Golden and she just did it.

Huskies love to chase and catch things, but they aren't particularly fond of bringing them back.

Siberian huskys blow there coat 2 times a year and no they are not hypoallergenic.Same thing with labs it also sheds a lot.Both are not hypoallergenic.

My Husky had diarrhea, the vet had no idea what was wrong. So I did some research and found out he had a gluten allergy. Try feeding him Eukanuba or Blue dog food. For instant results (like overnight) boil up some Zucchini, carrots, chicken, and sweet potato dice them up and let him eat. If this works try changing him over to Blue or Eukanuba.

I would assume so! Huskys enjoy large, open spaces. They're very active dogs, and would also be well fitted for the climate of O'Canada. If you keep it active, a husky will live quite well.

Each husky is only able to pull their own weight. So if the husky is 40 lbs it should be able to pull 40lbs. If it's 60lbs then it should pull 60 lbs...

It is their natural instinct to attack other animals that are not their own species. Like cats, squirrels, and other dogs. SIberian Huskies do this for their own protection.

I have heard and seen hairy dogs, or cold climate dogs live in very hot and humid conditions. What you have to do to keep it nice and cool, it to have one room in the home or place you live or staying at be cool and keep the dog there, take it for short fast walks and give it a nice short hair cut. If by a beach let it play in the water some times or go to a pool and bring it along, dogs can live in warm climates if kept good. Good luck!

Siberian Huskies and Alaskan Malamutes are two different breeds. They can be many different sizes depending on the mushers' breeding (assuming they're working dogs). Siberian males are usually between 45-60 and females between 35-50 pounds. Malamute males are usually between 75-90 pounds and the females between 65-80 pounds. Many of these dogs can get even bigger depending on what cargo they are hauling or smaller if they are racing, though, typically, you wouldn't race a Siberian or malamute anymore. Mostly just mixes now.

Just about every breed of dog has "rescue" groups. These are groups people devoted to a particular breed who volunteer their time and homes, and take in dogs that are either homeless or have been surrendered by their owners.

Typically the rescue group provides medical care if it's needed, and works on training and socializing the dog while the dog is in a home setting. The aim of a rescue group is to find an an ideal adoptive "forever home" for the dog.

all dogs are related to wolves so if you have a dog you also have a wolf because that means I have 7 wolves/dogs.

Siberian Huskies has bodies uniquely built for weather adaptation. They are mainly suited for the cold with their snow-dog coat, but are also well suited for temperate climates.

A Siberian Huskies grows it's thick double snow-dog coat during winter.

And SHEDs it every spring.
