Firstly, find the button on the sidebar that has a money icon and a little map icon on it (it is below the 'meet' button). I'm not sure what this is called but should be entitled something like 'budget and view'. Go into this and then click on the button with the money icon on it (the 'budget' button). Ensuite -pardon my French-, click on the tab at the top of the 'budget' window, titled 'Expenditures'. There should now be another button, third down from the top, with money again on it. If you hover your mouse over it, it should be called 'Loans'. Enter this and then choose how much you want (presuming it's £250,000 or less ;) )

There is one way that you can do this:
- Save your city
- Open up SCURK (The Sim-City Urban Renewal Kit)
- Load your saved city (When this loads up, you will see a variety of windows. Your city will be in the window in the back.)
- Go to your military base in your city.
- Click on "Object Group" in the menu bar
- Scroll down to "Transportation and Military" (When this comes up, you will have options for subway, etc. Scroll down again to get to the military buildings. The military buildings begin with the MILITARY CONTROL TOWER.)
- Click on what you want to add and place it on your military base.
- Make sure you save.
- Reopen your city in the regular Sim-City 2000 program.
- You will notice your military base change.

When unlocking rewards the green color appears blue or yellow, depending on what you zone. When this code is active, those colors disappear, but the zoning is still there. Repeat the code to disable its effect. TerrainQuery code shows the x, y, z, cell x, and cell z values in the bubble when the query button is on. Move over something and it will appear.

I have heard that on the bon voage (i think i spelled it wrong) extantion pack that if you go on a vacation and go to the ocean that if you look HARD you MIGHT/PROBLAY find the sim/mermaid or merman. I am going to try this thery and get back here ASAP when i find or don't find the mermaid or merman
