All you need to do to play SimCity Societies, is go to TARGET, Walmart, or meijer near where you live and buy SimCity Societies in the electronic department. After you do that when you come you can play SimCity Societies on your computer buy installing it. It probably won't work on Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows NT: Workstation 4.0, or Windows 2000 Professional.

To create custom sims you need to get a program called body, with with this program you can make sims and package them up to put on the sims 2 website, or just export them into your game. you can get the sims 2 body shop of any website just type it in, on google.

The proper answer Ur talkin bout the sims not sims 2 and anyway, when the intro comes up and the opera music plays, obviously click on play then click on 'The sims creator', that's were the fun begins.

There is one way that you can do this:

- Save your city

- Open up SCURK (The Sim-City Urban Renewal Kit)

- Load your saved city (When this loads up, you will see a variety of windows. Your city will be in the window in the back.)

- Go to your military base in your city.

- Click on "Object Group" in the menu bar

- Scroll down to "Transportation and Military" (When this comes up, you will have options for subway, etc. Scroll down again to get to the military buildings. The military buildings begin with the MILITARY CONTROL TOWER.)

- Click on what you want to add and place it on your military base.

- Make sure you save.

- Reopen your city in the regular Sim-City 2000 program.

- You will notice your military base change.

You're police have to fight them in either promotion 2 or 3 (forgot what it's called). I haven't played it for a while but has to do with something like that. Main point is, your police have to fight them.
