There are many wonderful sights to be seen in Bangkok... There is the Golden Palace which is where all the ruling Kings of Thailand lived. You can get tours round or simply stroll round yourself (I reckomend the tour) I must also point out that you should make sure you wear shoes which cover your heels and ladies, try to wear a long skirt or trousers. There is the Floating Market which is a great day out for any age. The Floating Market is where many people come to buy and sell items from there boats. You can take a large boat through the market and find some bargains and great fresh fruit. There is the Temple of the Dawn. You must be up early in the morning (for dawn) so that you can go to this temple and watch the rising sun shine off the temple which is adorned with mirrors and glass. Truly beatiful. Shopping! Of course Bangkok has many Malls and Shopping Centres so be sure to visit them all for a great shopping experience. They are all easily accessible with the monorail. The night Life is like no other in the world! Many hotels and Malls have leaflets and their own recommendations for places to eat. The Hard Rock has a good atmosphere but there are so many to choose from it would be your choice.
