I have one and they are quite rare and collectible. they only made 333 in the series, I wouldn't pay more than $350.00 but It would take allot more than that to sell it

I found this answer from ebay's Reviews and Guides section by the username of rlmsport: THE FIRST ISSUE The most famous issue of SI is the August 16, 1954 edition featuring popular Milwaukee Braves' slugger Eddie Mathews on the front. It's the first regular edition and carries a value today of approximately $150-200 in excellent condition. To entice fans, SI's editors included a three-page center foldout of 1954 Topps baseball cards. The 'cards' were actually printed on the same paper stock as the magazine, and included Jackie Robinson, Willie Mays, Ted Williams and other superstars. Collectors purchasing issue #1 should be certain this foldout section is intact. The inaugural issue was preserved by many who even then saw it as a collectible item. The folks in charge also had the foresight to save dozens of boxes of the magazine in storage, untouched since the day they were printed. SI delved into that archive in later years, releasing some of those pristine issues. Were it not for it's fairly widespread availability, the issue would likely carry a higher price tag. Still, it holds an important place in the minds of collectors, historians and sports fans in general. A 1984 Donruss Joe Carter rookie card number 41 has a book value of about $8.00 in near/mint -mint condition. Professionally graded cards will sell for more. Condition is important.

Common flaws with baseball cards include: rounded edges, creases, off centered, and faded color. Any or all flaws will devalue the card significantly.

There really is no set price on any Brett Favre cards.It all boils down to "supply and demand". Some cards are worth as little as 60 cents, while other cards are valued in the hundreds and even thousands of dollars. It depends on the rarity of the card (how many were made), who manufactured the card (Topps, Fleer, etc.), if it is a "game-used patch card" or "signature card", and many other factors. The best indicator of value of cards that I have found are Beckett price guides. You can find them online for online price searches, or pick up one of their price guides in any book store.

In order to properly determine the value of a wrestling magazine collection, you will need to find the value of each magazine. You might be surprised to learn the great varying value each different magazine holds.

A common practice is to search Google or eBay for the magazines and see what they are selling for today. You can search for price checks on Google directly.

For the magazines from 1980-1990, divide by two for its value, and for anything from 1990 to today, expect three quarters of the price for its value.

Your jersey, if it has been authenticated by an independent third-party authenticator such as PSA/DNA, and it looks nice (not faded - nice signatures, etc.) would be worth $5,500 - $7,500 RETAIL.

There are very few authentic examples of these - most of the ones that people bring into our store are fake.

Also, Patrick Ewing was an extremely reluctant signer of those jerseys - he had a contract with a different manufacturer and for the most part refused to sign jerseys.

I actually own a graded one so I know it is not a fake. Some people say that the O Pee Chee card has extra yellow on the left shoulder of Gretzky. It is more or less a blotch. The Topps card only has a faint line of yellow on the left shoulder. Other than that Buy pre graded cards. If the condition of the card is to good to be true. It is a FAKE!!!

Mcfarlane sports figures can be purchased on the internet. Some web sites have very good deals. If you buy more then one Mcfarlane figure some of the web sites you do get a second figure free.

"Value" or "worth" are very subjective things when it comes to collectibles.

In my opinion, any collectible is worth whatever a willing seller and a willing buyer can agree on. And of course, it's worth will be affected by its condition, age, its rarity (are there similar items around, and if so, how many and how expensive are they?), how desirable is it, and how badly does someone else really want it, can autographs be verified, etc. Since I'm not able to see the item, I really couldn't put a value on it, even if I were an expert in such things.

If you want to establish a value in order to sell it, you should probably consult a local sports memorabilia dealer (a local baseball card shop owner may be able to refer you), or better yet, a sports memorabilia appraiser. The American Society of Appraisers has a website where you can get a list of appraisers in your area who specialize in sports memorabilia:

If you need an immediate estimate, check out similar listings on eBay. If you are a Cowboy fan and collect for the shear joy of ownership, then it really shouldn't matter what the item is worth.

The O-Pee-Chee card is a Canadian issue and had a much smaller print run than the Topps. Being that hockey is mostly a Canadian sport, all O-Pee-Chee hockey cards are usually more valuable than the Topps counter-issue. O-Pee-Chee is valued at about $900 where as the Topps is about $550.
