Stalking is a misdemeanor at the very lowest forms. Stalking can also be upgraded to a felony very easily. The simple act of physical contact with the person or verbal abuse can upgrade it from 1 charge of stalking to several charges of abuse, assault and even attempted murder/manslaughter in some cases.

No, an obsession are intense, inner feelings. Stalking is an act of following, tracking, spying, harassment, and physical violence. Stalkers tend to be obsessive but, definitely, not all obsessed people are stalkers.

The first answer that popped into my head was to tell all the people that she told that you liked her that you don't actually like her....but once I think about it, it takes ALOT of work to do that. What you could do or what you should do is go talk to her face to face. It doesn't hurt to confront your problem. I know you already told her that your not interested in her, but did you tell her why? Was it because of her personality, the way she talks, the people she hangs out with? Once you tell her the reason why she didn't attract you, she'll understand and move on. If you've done this already and she still goes around spreading false rumors about your "non-existent" relationship, just ignore it. I think she's just trying to get your divided attention. If someone asks you if you're actually dating her, laugh it off and make a joke... NOT ABOUT HER. About the rumor. I'm not a real expert on this kind of stuff so I'm kind of learning along the way. If the person being harassed or followed is placed in fear that the stalker intends to injure the person, another person, or property of the person or of another person, then yes a spouse could be accused of stalking. The feeling of fear must be one that a reasonable person in the same situation would experience under all the circumstances. In some states there is also a requirement that the person accused of stalking knew or should have known that his/her actions were likely to cause fear in the "victim".

You call the police if you know who it is or you can call the cops and have them get a positive i.d. on the person and they will be aressted.

They can hack your mobile phone by bluetooth. They can waste your credit and other sorts of thing. But they dont mess on YOUR phone. In the future try turn bluetooth off when you have finished with it. Hope this helps :)

Cops can find anyone who is stalking online via various means. It can be through the IP address tracing. Then tracing of the mack address.

If you don't already know why she is bothering your husband, you and him should talk to get to the bottom of the problem (if one exists). Then, both you & your husband should inform her that her behaviour is unacceptable, and if it does not stop, you will involve the police. If she continues even just one more time after, follow through on involving the police and file a report.

Some stalkers will stop if you call the police and they visit the person (if you know who they are and where they live) to tell them that the behaviour is against the law and they could be charged.

well a creeper could be any general weirdo or someone who is kinda your friend but they obsess overyou and a stalker follows you everywhere and watches you constantly till you fell very uncomfortable. they often know more about you than your mother does.

Two counts of stalking means that the stalker has stalked two people that they know of (could have been more) or, the stalker was served a Restraining Order; broke the rules of that Restrain Order and is back in court on a second count for the same victim.

Yes they can think of what you are doing on twitter, telling the world what you are doing when you are doing it so if your too detailed then someone could stalk and or find you. Even if you arent to detailed someone you know can stalk you because they can find out were you shop and hang out in and around the neighborhood.

All US states and territories honor each other's requests for extradition - there are no 'safe-haven' states - It is impossible to know with certainty whether a particular state will choose to extradite you for a particular offense, or not, there are simply too many variables. It may depend, in part, on the offense and the seriousness of it, and/or how badly they want you returned - most states WILL extradite for felony offenses.

If you are referring to a hearing for a CIVIL court injunction - the judge hears testimony form both sides and makes an immediate ruling on the case and issues the order. If you are referring to a CRIMINAL case of stalking, it is an entirely different matter, and if probable cause is found you may be bound over for court action.
