You have pains in lower stomach and right side but your period is due in a few days?
It is possible that the pain is just a side effect of your impending mentruation. If it is a cramping kind of pain, it's possible that it's just contractions of your intestines as they move the feces along the tract. You might have an intestinal virus coming on (stomach flu, etc). You could have hard feces or gas. It could be many, many benign things.
However, if you have a fever, rectal bleeding, diarrhea, or severe pain you should see a doctor.

Do antacid tablets dissolve into luquid solid or gas in the stomach?
Antacid tablets dissolve into the stomach fluid and lower the PH but keeping it an acid. They are turned into more of a liquid than the solid they were prior. Under a microscope the antacid tablet is still in a solid for but it is reduced or diluted by the stomach fluid.
A little mare about antacid tablets.
Antacid tablets do just what the name suggests. Antacid neutralizes a low PH fluid in your stomach.
Neutral PH is 7 on the PH scale. PH of 1 would be hydrochloric acid and others in that PH range. PH of 12 would be something like sudsy water soapy water.
If the PH of the stomach fluid gets acidic the PH will drop to a lower number that is considered acidic.
You can reduce the acid in your stomach by introducing another acid like vinegar or calcium or salt.

What can you give a puppy that has a upset stomach?
Give them grass or Aloe Vera Don't fool around with your puppy and take him/her to the vets. The pup may have worms (common in puppies) and you may want to be sure they don't have a twisted bowel, etc. Only your vet can tell you how things are going by a physical examination of your pet. If you can't afford a vet then find one that will "trade-off". Get them to examine your pet and you can clean out cages and give some of the dogs recovering from surgery small outtings in the back of the vet's office. Most good vets are willing to help all they can if you are willing to do something for them and not expect charity.
Why dont gastric juices digest stomach lining?
Crazy enough - it does! Over time.
Your stomache lining is full of cells that create mucous, which forms a protective barrier between gastric acids and you. This barrier is not always 100%, and a weakening of it can lead to stomache ulcers - where you are literally digesting yourself (that's what you get for only eating spicy burritoes!).
Thankfully, your stomache lining cells are the fastest cells in your body to reproduce. So even when they routinely get digested, you will actually make a completely new stomache lining in just two weeks!
How's that for food for thought?
Can you die if you punch yourself in the stomach?
It's quite probable that you could suffer serious injuries but doubtful if you would die from it, due to the fact that you would be in so much pain that you couldn't deliver the "death" blow.
But you could die much later on from internal injuries.
However, Houdini died to a blow to the stomach - from someone else - so yes you could.
Best not to think about even trying.
