Yes, you can play as a Mii in Mario and Sonic at the Winter Olympic Games. First of all, you should have already made some Miis in the Mii channel. Then, when you're selecting characters during an event, you can change it from Mario and Sonic characters to Miis by clicking on one of the tabs (I've momentarily forgetten what the tab looks like and where it is). This will allow you to play as any of your Miis. Don't delete your Miis from the Mii Channel or your Mii will be deleted from Mario and Sonic at the Winter Olympic Games.

Tabuu is a Boss Character, and is not playable through regular game play. If you really want to play as Tabuu, you have to hack the game.

Yea only one ik of but play as jigglypuff on bridge of elden and use a final smash when the bridge iscoming back to normal go in the dead center and it pops u up as the giant jigglypuff try it!!! on gamewinners.com you can learn how to get characters but i would play arcade mode to get characters if that is what you want to know

To unlock shadow, I think you complete adventure&classic with sonic. If not, try to complete classic and adventure with tails, then knuckles, then sonic.

On Super Smash Bros. Brawl, 2 Player can be acessed from the GROUP menu. If you only have one Wii Remote, you will have to do a TOURNEY to play with multiple players. However, if you have two or more Wii Remotes, you can play multiplayer on BRAWL mode under GROUP.
