first you have to finish target mode then there are lots more to finish off but when you finish them all you fight him then hes unlocked

To get all of the trophies, you have to beat all of the challenges, that'll get you quite a few of them. There are some you can only get in the SSE though, and you have to capture each enemy with a trophy stand.

To get all of the stickers you can either get them in brawl, which takes ages, get them in SSE, which takes ages, or get them from the shooting game thing in the vault...which takes ages.

You can also get trophies from that shooting game.
