You could have pulled a muscle in your groin, you could have hit that part of your body during sports, or you could have a urinary tract infection. You may also have a hernia. If the pain continues please go and see your doctor. It's nothing to be embarrassed about and it doesn't sound like it's anything too serious, but certainly something your doctor should examine. It could be peyronies disease, kinda like authritis in your shaft.
