You don't actually 'need' the tears. Hitting the Gatekeeper with an arrow poisoned with the tears, will strip it of many of its resistances for two minutes. But it is still killable even without that.

You cannot save him unless you use console commands to kill the assassin before he kills the emperor. However, this has no effect on the world, and people still act as if he was killed.

The "Amulet of Disintegration" is located in the Northwest area of Mania in the ruins of Milchar. Once you get to Milchar you need to work your way to the third zone which is Milchar, Chatterhall. Once there you need to find the room with the three torches. Once all of them are lit you will be able to open the Diligence Crux in the middle of the room. The urn holds the "Amulet of Disintegration"

You need to have the official plugin called The Orrery to access the Orrery and the quests pertaining to it.

Although I have only ever played TES IV: Oblivion on PS3, I assume you can if you're playing it on a PC. However, I would not recommend this, as you can seriously mess up your game. The last time I used third party software to edit traits in a game on my PC, I had trouble completing the quests because the game engine did not recognize that I was actually doing the quest. There's no evidence to support the claim that using the third party software actually led to the quests not being able to be completed, I can only assume that that was the reason why that happened. And what I mean by me having difficulty completing quests is that, when I tried to complete certain miniquests, such as giving an item that I had picked up on the quest to an NPC, it would not give me the option to hand them said item.

Assuming that your PC is a desktop the first thing that you should do is check all of your power connections. Make sure that your PC is securely plugged into a wall socket or surge protector and that your power cable is securely fastened into the rear of your PC. Next make sure that your voltage selector switch on the rear of the PC located near the location where your power cable connects. This selector switch, if you are in the US or Canada should be set to 115. Next, make sure the power switch on the front of your PC is not stuck and that there is tension (sometimes the spring gets stuck and when you press the button it does not respond). If after checking all of these items then their may be an issue with your PC's power supply. A couple of items to check is to verify that when you press the power button on the outside of your PC is if any LED's flash or light up. Also, one other item to check is when you press the power button is to check and see if the power supply fan (on back of PC located near power cord) spins briefly or if it spins at all. If none of these items are occurring than it may be that your power supply has gone bad. One other slight possibility is that the wires connecting your power button to your motherboard may have come loose or have a short in them. I hope that this helps.

Are you referring to the entire screen, or your character's "vision"? If so, then that means your character has some kind of Night Eye effect in use. This may be caused by taking some kind of night eye potion, casting a spell with a night eye effect, or wearing some kind of clothing with a night eye enchantment. The Night Eye affect gives your character the ability to see in te dark. Khajiit race players have this affect permanently, and it cannot be removed. If you are akhajiit player, the night eye effect shoudl wear off once it becomes light again/the sun comes back up. If you are not a khajiit player, try checking all the affects of your enchanted clothing to see if that is what is causing the blue vision. If none of this works and it turns out that your character is not experienncing the night eye affect, it sounds as though you have a technical problem on your hands which, unfortunately, I cannot help you with.

you must rescue martin from kvatch and return to weynon priory. once you are there to will have to find Jauffre. he will tell you to go to cloud ruler temple. Once you are at Cloud Ruler Temple There's a glitch (sometimes) and you have to push Jauffre up to the door in order to gain access to the temple.

if you have started the quest, you go back to leyawiin and talk to a guard. Ask for the person who has it. ( I asked the guard at the east gate) he will tell you were they live.

Now you go in and talk to both of them and ask them were it is, and they will refuse that they know anything about it.

leave the house, then go back in. If you can turn invisible do it. Or just stay hidden. They will be talking, and they will say the location of it. then it will add a marker to your map to a cave. It is just south-east of leyawiin. Go inside, and you will find the eye of nocturnal. Its a glowing ball

when you finish the quest, you will get the skeleton key. DO NOT SELL IT even though its worth 5000. It is the most usefull thing ever, its an unbreakable lockpick.

I think it stops around 200, my character is 198 and it is getting nearly impossible to level. But I am not certain.

Mithril only becomes available when your player has reached level 10, and glass at level 20. Once you have reached these levels, your best bet is to search for bandits in the wilderness, who often wear this armour.

once you reach around level 18-20 go to rockmilk cavern for a lot of mithril and dwarven. for glass and even daedric go to roxey inn north of imperial city and kill people inside for it
