To record Videos on Oblivion you can use hypercam or go to wegame and get there software both are free, but that's only for PC version. Not Xbox360. The only way to record on Xbox is to use a Video camera in any manor of the word, Just have to be crafty with the positioning and brightness, Things like that yadda yadda yadda.

No. The Adoring Fan is the only NPC that respawns. If you kill an NPC, they are gone for good.

it absorbs the spell so that you get a portion of magicka in which the spell is so if the spell they used needs 90 magicka and your spell absorption is 15% then you get 15% of their spell :)

It's impossible to get to Castle Oblivion in KH2, but it does appear in a flashback during the beginning of the game while you play as Roxas.

Depends on what level you have it made. As you level up, higher, more powerful armor and weapons can be made from amber and madness ore. The highest quality of amber armour is even better than glass.

Mehrunes Dagon gets through to the imperial city and Martin Septim sacrifices himself and turns into akatosh (the divine god of time I believe). Akatosh kills Mehrunes Dagon and you get imperial dragon armor for helping out.

Each character has a red bar that will build up once you've got a skill that says, "Limit breaker!" Go through a whole bunch of battles (make sure Lance gets to attack!), and eventually you'll notice that "attack" is flashing rainbow colors.
