But you will need the Hookshot to get up there. Before entering the temple you will meet Shiek. Shiek will teach you the Nocturne of Shadow.

if your talking about the boss key doors in forest temple, then you need the gale boomerang. you lock it onto the windmills in a Z shape, as shown on the ground. northwest, northeast, southwest, southeast.

Assuming you're referring to the tool necessary to be able to access the Forest Temple, head to Kakariko Graveyard. Démpe the gravekeeper has long since passed away; this opens up a new 'minigame' for you to play, simply by keeping up with the ghost of the gravekeeper. His grave is located on the west side of the cemetery, with flowers in front of it. Pull back the headstone to reveal a hole.
If you manage to keep up with Démpe, you'll be rewarded with the hookstot, allowing you to enter the temple where you must save Saria. ;)

TetraTetra, as depicted in The Wind WakerTetra is a young female pirate who, in The Wind Waker and The Phantom Hourglass, causes Link to start his journey. However, in order to get to the eleventh floor, you need to put the shapes in a specific order. Square, round shape, and triangle. That order. When you enter through the door, you hear the ground shake then you go right back out. You'll find yourself in a different room. They're three floors before the room with the map to the northeastern part. Get past the three floors into a safe room. A wooden chest will appear. Get the map from it and stand in the blue light that appears to go back to the entrance of the Temple of the Ocean King. Now ship out to the northeastern ocean. First complete the Isle of the Dead then you'll proceed to the Isle of Ruins. That's where Mutoh's Temple is, the boss, Eok, the hammer, and the last pure metal you need.
