If your black, you can almost get into any school. Universities these days really want to even out the white/black ratio to not look like a racist school. You are a lucky one my friend. Ohio State for life.

Yes you can. I was able to get in with a 3.4 GPA and outside of the top 25% of my class. (700 People)

I wasnt extremely involved in extra curricular activities. I was in a few things, but that's it. I did have upwards of 90+ Hours of Community Service though.

Your Test Scores can impact it as well. I scored a 29 on the ACT, but have a roomate at OSU who had a composite 21 and was able to get in.

So I would say you have a pretty good chance of getting in. Nothing guaranteed.
