Yes, always. By using the cheat you are forcing a twin birth. You can use it at any time in the pregnancy, up until the moment of birth. However, you will always get boy twins. To get girl twins you must use "forcetwins girls" to get a boy and girl twin, you must use "Forcetwins boyandgirl."

If you have it for the PS2, you can get married! What you have to do is have your relationship level at 100 . Then click on Romantic when you are socailizing. There will be 3 options.

3.) Propose

If used right after maxmotives, it will prevent your sims' needs from going down. If you're really mean, you can get your sims motives in the red and let them stay there.

No, so not true! Its does NOT cost 100,000 dollars to adopt! It can cost as little as 5,000 dollars! Adopting a child will cost 5,000 to 30,000 dollars (doesn't include the basics such as feeding them, giving them water, clothes, etc.) If you want to adopt a child who is currently in a different country, then it will cost a couple thousand dollars more. Adopting is a great idea! I suggest a fundraiser to help get the money!

What is a cheat to make someone fall in love with someone on Sims 2 Double Deluxe?
My favorite is to download the InSiminater, included is the Relationship adjuster. Which you can use to adjust relationships.
You can also use boolprop, but it takes longer.
In neighborhood view, bring up the cheat box by pressing Control+Shift+C. Type Boolprop testingcheatsenabled True exactly like that.
Then go to the lot of the first sim that is to be part of the couple. Select their icon, then go to their relationships bar. Find the sim that you want them to fall in love with, then click and drag the green relationship bars up to 100.
Now, if the other half of this couple is a playable sim, just go to their lot and repeat what you just did with the first sim. Then have them interact with each other. They will automatically be best friends, and if you use a romantic interaction, they will fall in love. This will not work if they have never met; go to a community lot and wait until he or she shows up and talk to him or her.
If the other half of the couple is a townie or NPC (non-playable-character) First off you have to find them. If they are friends with your sim you can invite them over via the telephone, but otherwise you just have to try to find them at a community lot or as a walkby. When you see them pause the game (you don't HAVE to pause, but it makes everything easier because then they won't walk off) Control-Click on them and choose "selectable--->make selectable" then you will be able to select them and do what you did with the first sim. Then have them interact with each other. They will automatically be best friends, and if you use a romantic interaction, they will fall in love. Now your characters can have woohoo, make out, and get married.

Cheats by the Book
These cheats are definitely correct because they came from the official game guide.
To open cheat window: ctrl + Shift + C ...but you already knew that right?!
1.) AddneighbortoFamilycheat [on/off]: With this cheat activated you can Shift + left click on an NPC to add one to the current household. This won't work on service NPCs engaged in their jobs, like the maid cleaning and what not, but it will work if that same NPC is visiting socially or hanging out after work. You can even add sims in excess of the customary 8 sim limit on families. This cheat doesn't work on NPCs like the Grim Reaper or Mrs. Crumplebottom.
2.) Forcetwins: With a pregnant sim selected, using this cheat transforms the pregnancy into a twin birth. (unlike twinsr2cute/twinzr2cute which, in my expirience, rarely works)
3.) Plumbobtoggle [on/off]: Makes the overhead plumb bob (the diamond thingy above their heads) invisible.
PS: Typing exit into the cheat window doesn't actually exit the game, it simply exits the cheat window.
PSS: The creator of the Sims is named Will Wright (sp?) and you can see a picture of him in sim form at the back of the create a sim room...ish place where you first make a family.

I think the creators of Sims 2 think it is unsuitable for younger children. However, the Sims have a way, if you know:
- They start to shout and scream in dire agony.
- Next, it comes up with a message about a baby on it's way.
- Then, the baby comes out of the Sims' green diamond
Note: If you have twins, it doesn't happen again, she just swirls and out he or she comes.
You cannot have triplets, quads... etc,

Their both pretty cool cause in the sims 2 bon voyage you can go on vacation and meet big foot, get souvaneirs, get a voodoo doll and discover secret passages!
And in the sims 2 apartment life you can move into apartments, become a witch, discover a new neighborhood [Bella Donna cove] and more!
Their both really my favourite but I can't choose!

I dont think so, but if you hang around gardens,etc....... long enough, you will eventually turn into one :) Use pesticides. Well, you can download a potion! On parsimonious.com Go to Sims 2 furniture, and then Modified New Objects and number 3. You will see a picture of a plant sim there and a vampire and a sim using love potions, click on the picture and save a file where you want.

There is no such thing as The Sims 2: Pet Stories. There is The Sims Pet Stories which is a game by itself and then there's The Sims: Pets which is an expansion for The Sims to give the game the ability to create pets.
If you want the pet expansion for The Sims 2 it's called Unleashed.
