In order to get your plantsims pregnant, make sure there is a man and woman on the lot. have the two marry, if they aren't already. in the neighborhood view, type in 'boolprop testingcheatsEnabled true' (without the apostrophes). enter a lot, shift-click on a sim. go to where it says spawn. find tombstone of life and death and click it. it will spawn next to your sim (or somewhere on the lot). click the spawned object, go to more, find 'make me pregnant with...' click that and choose who you want to be the other parent (sim must be on the lot!) after that, click on the object again and go to 'speed up my pregancy'. you can also do it the old fashion way by making your sims woohoo, but that will take longer. i recommend the first method.

There are different maps, one for each of the vacation spots. Once you get your sim to twikii island, they will have a choice of visiting the secret lot (it will have a little question mark next to the name of the secret lot). When your sim gets to the hotel or vacation home you can click the sim "walk to lot..." then "pagoda in the hidden shadows". When you get there greet the which doctor and then fix his broken things. make sure your sim has high mechanical skill before you go to the lot. after you fix his broken things, you need to interact with him a tad and then he will give you a VOODOO DOLL. with this voodoo doll you can make people fall in love with you, become friends with you, etc. That's about all you need to know hoped that helped.
