It's kind of hard to explain. First, go under the Bicycle Road. Then keep going up. But if you go in the cave up ahead to get Gible, your doing it all wrong! You have to go to a hidden passage under the Bicycle Road. Make one of your Pokemon learn the HM Flash. Go under the Bicycle Road right beside the cave. Then keep going up until you go in to a secret passage. There should be 5 boulders in front of you. It took me about 10 minutes to find the hidden passage. It took me about half an hour to find a wild Gible. But it took my friend 10 minutes to find a wild Gible. Gible's level is between level 12-22 I remember.

you go to the entrance of wayward cave and go a few steps left under cycling road then go up and you will be in a cave where you have to use strength then go downstairs and run around until you find a gible. This may sound alot of work {not really} but at level 25 it will evolve into gabite and at level 48 it will evolve into garchomp.

Go down by the entrance to wayward cave. There is an entrance hidden by the bridge, so you have to find it, but it is towards the left side. Once inside, use strength to push the boulder away, then turn left and go down the stairs. In that room, you will soon come across a gible. If you have a high-level Pokemon (at least lvl 60), a Quick Ball will make short work of it. Besides that, it's about lvl 15-20, so be careful. Also, in that room you will find many items like TM earthquake hidden by bike ramps and bridges.
