Why is it impossible to find the conflict player hooded fleece?
Sadly, I was also trying to figure this out, because I wanted one, but when I ordered it through NFLShop, it was too large, after returning it they had stopped carrying the product. After calling NFLShop about this, they said that for whatever reasons, they will no longer be carrying this product. Since it sold so well, I assume it is not NFLShop's choice, but rather Reebok's choice, and was pulled from all shelves. It is a good bet that unless you are able to find your team's design on EBay, you are out of luck. Hope this helps.

How much do better weapons help in travian?
There are not really weapons in travian, so I assume you mean better troops.
Better troops are definitely helpful in travian, for example because they usually eat (relatively) less crop per hour. Other possible advantages are: relatively faster to build, better distribution of offensive or defensive power. Also cavalry has it's advantages and disadvantages over infantry.
On travian how long does an account have to be inactive before deletion?
This varies a lot per country and server. It seems the admins do some irregular checks to delete a bunch of inactive players.
To spawn three days after the playing starts, skip quest, start raiding immediately with teutons.
In Travian if you have all materials to build a building or resource why can't you build?
That could be related to a number of issues. One could be your wheat production. If your main building is at a certain level, you are not allowed to build unless you have a certain wheat production. Another reason is that you are only allowed to build one building/resource field at a time. Romans are excluded from this rule and may build one building and one resource at the same time.
