On average I would say that a 13 year old guy should be jumping between 8.5 metres and 9 metres. If you are jumping any less than you need to start training, any more and you have natural talent.no,, a 13 year old should be jumping 29 feet at the least and 32 or 33 feet,,any more and you will probably get the record,,i jump 30,,31,,the best at my school is 33.3..
i don't do he whole American measurements but i think the average is about 8m. if u do less than that u can still be talented for ur league. ;) if u do over, awesome, if u don't, awesome
since I'm scottish i don't really know what age you are in elementary school however when i was 13 i was using a 7m start board. and even though i moved onto the 9m one when i was 14/15 many others still used the 7m.
hope this can help in someway
World: Jonathan Edwards (18.29 meters).
Olympic: Kenny Harrison (18.09 meters).
Two.
1) Jonathan Edwards, Great Britain - the world record holder at 18.29 meters done at a meet in Gothenburg, Sweden in 1995. He also has 3 other jumps over 18 meters and has jumped a wind-aided 18.47 (wind was clocked at 2.4 meters per second).
2) Kenny Harrison, United States - jumped 18.09 at the 1996 Games in Atlanta, winning the gold medal. Incredibly, the jump was made into a slight headwind measured at 0.4 meters per second. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Both Willie Banks and Mike Conley of the USA have jumped over 18m with wind assistance. Banks was the first athlete to do so in 1988 (18.06 and 18.20) and Conley won the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona with 18.17.
Current Olympic champion is Nelson Evora of Portugal and the current world champion is Phillips Idowu of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
It is about 0.33 m deep.
The bests performance in the triple jump is Jonathan Edwards 18.43 Jump. Its is not the world record because of a stong wind. Edwards also has the world recrod with a jump of 18.29 meters.
Well it really just depends where and what kind of place you are at but, at my school there is 8ft 12ft 16ft 20ft24t and 32ft, but that's at a junior high so i dont know.
Triple jump is a running hop, step (or skip), and long jump in that order.

The Olympic record for men's shotput was set by Ulf Timmermann of East Germany at the 1988 Games in Seoul at a distance of 22.47 meters (73 feet, 8 5/8 inches).
the actaul distance of he current world record is 23.06 meters but im not sure who by
A toe touch is by far the best jump. Most importmant thing.....point your toes!!
17-20 steps is ideal- i take 17 steps and i jumped 36 feet as a freshman girl and I've watched many videos of olympic triple jumpers and most of them take 17
Al Joyner of the United States with a jump of 17.26 meters (56 feet, 7 1/2 inches).
The Triple Nickels were the 555th Army Airborne division. They were paratroopers.
When i was a 12 year old boy my i jumped anywhere in between 32-34ft in 6th grade. i broke my league record and i guess the Illinois state record for 6th grade jumpers. now not bragging thts a bit higer than average, since boys are mainly overall stronger than girls, an average 12 year old boy jump should be about 24-26 ft and average for a girl would be about 22-25 ft.
I'm a keen triple jumper and when I was twelve I got 7.51 m and won the event so I would say about 7 meters would be average for a girl .
1. If your foot crosses over the front of the marked line
2. If the jumper walks back towards the front of the pit after he jumps andexits the front of the pit.
3. If the jumper touches any of the outside edges when landing in his jump.
4. When a jumper is excecuting his jump and happens to enter the sand on his second phase (the step) then it is a fault.
