As far as I know (and I've done extensive research in the field of Autoimmune diseases) it is an almost impossible endeavor to treat them together. An Autoimmune Disease is either treated with steroids or a special immune supressor, either way, the immune is suppressed and is less able to do its job. Unfourtunately, with Tuberculosis, you need your immune system to fight it off along with Antibiotics. Effectively making your immune system useless with an immune supressor or steroids, is going to put your life in danger with Tuberculosis.
