What exactly goes on there is extremely classified. Most probably, it is used by our nation to test and develop new technologies.

Examples of known projects that were possibly tested at Area 51 include the SR-71, U-2, B-2 and F-117 stealth and spy aircraft.

There have been rumors since the 60's that perhaps the New Mexico alien crash victims are being stored and studied there, but i highly doubt it.

The Jerusalem UFO refers to an event allgedly captured by a series of videos which went viral in 2011. The videos purport to show a brightly lit unidentified flying object which appeared briefly over the ancient Mideast city of Jerusalem before descending to hover for several moments above the famous Dome of the Rock. Then the mysterious object shoots back up into the sky rapidly before vanishing.

The video was widely dismissed as a hoax by many. Those who contend the supposed UFO was the result of an attempt to dupe the public doesn't just include skeptics either. The chief video and photo analyst for the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) also regarded the footage as fake.

The reasons given by skeptic Benjamin Radford to believe the UFO video wasn't real include a lack of light reflected against the dome and the absence of other reports of the event which took place in a crowded area.

Space aliens may have already made contact with us, there is no way to know for certain that they have not. The chances are good that they haven't, since they can travel through space, and that seems to indicate an advanced society. Therefore, an advanced society might not want to contact us at our stage of development. We after all, are a fairly worrisome group when we need to be. They might be waiting for us to reach a level of intelligence greater than we are now, so we would have a better understanding of their technology. Maybe they would want to wait for us to obtain some unknown level of social understanding, so we could adapt to their society easier. It may be a matter of simply, we are not who they were seeking, or we are, and they came only to watch. There are many reasons that a far advanced race, capable of traveling the stars might not contact humans, each stranger than the first. But don't forget that they might be your next door neighbors, and would we really know. If they are truly space aliens, then we have no way of guessing, and we might be talking to them now.

Long before the arid nature of the moon's surface was known, the early observers of the moon interpreted these areas as oceans on the moon, and referred to them accordingly. The light areas have always been (correctly) interpreted as mountain ranges, and named accordingly.

An alien report sighting can be reported to the local media or to NASA. Often times sightings can be found to be a fraud and will be put aside for more important tasks.
