I am not sure what you want to know. The president's limo is powered by gasoline and runs on the public roads like any other automobile. The president has a driver. Routes of trips are planned with security in mind.

As per the last regulation of the secret service they maybe the future guards of the US President.

Make sure you have concrete evidence before accusing someone of that position of something like that.
