It is possible to flash your cell phone back to the original carrier. This would need to be done by the company you originally had the phone with. There is a possibility that the company may not want to do it, due to liability issue on the device.

All I know is I keep getting junk phone calls from phone numbers all over, and most of the time when I google search the phone number, I find some stupid page that lists large blocks of phone numbers sequentailly. For this you need to carry out two steps: Firstly, call straight talk and check if your existing phone is compatible with it. It really does not take that long. As long as there were no problems with you getting the account (they will notify if there were) then it could be as little as two business days. Sometimes it takes up to 5 business days depending on where you live and if the phone is in stock. When I got mine I had the phone in two business days. Verizon service is a little better as of coverage but its more expensive for service yet tmobile isn't bad at all so its not really worth it .... but Verizon phones are cheaper .. and tmobile phones are more expensive. youll spend more for Verizon and ther is not a big difference.
