Do you have to claim GI bill money while drawing unemployment?
Most states require that you report all income, though like Social Security, GI Bill income would probably be exempt. To be on the safe side, you should make the state aware that you get it and let them determine if it is reportable.
The GI Bill is nontaxable income and if you're smart, you'll "NOT" report it to your unemployment office. Not reporting your GI Bill to unemployment does not brake any laws. How ever, when it comes to the subject of attending school while on unemployment, every state differs.

How long is free VA health care for veterans?
First of all veterans don't get anything for free. Veteran's make sacrifices that every day Americans can't understand unless they go though it!! They deserve whatever they need to make them feel like themselves again. Unfortunately most of the government politicians have never served!! And they get treated better then our VETERANS !! So I think our Veterans should get at the least the same health care and benefits as any politicians and their family's get. GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!
How do I get tricare I am a disabled veteran?
you should have tricare if you are a vet. If you are old enough to get medicare, tricare for life is the insurance that is usually attached. Get online and tricare.com I belive that not all vets have tricare. You receive Tricare benefits if you were retired from the military (either medically or due to time/age). You would have a retired ID card and that is your Tricare medical card as well. If you think you are eligible you can contact tricare by calling 1-800-tricare and you will be directed to the necessary region. I hope that helps. My husband and I were both medically retired/disabled and have tricare insurance. But friends that are considered disabled by the VA only do not get the same benefits. I am basing my response on personal knowledge and experience.
Best Regards,
