How many pills of 7.5mg hydrocodone does it take to get you high?
The amount of hydrocodone needed to induce euphoria is highly dependent on tolerance: opioid naive individuals may very well need only one or two 5mg pills, whereas a very opioid-tolerant person may need hundreds of milligrams. This can also vary to a lesser extent based on other factors of individual physiology.
However, abusing painkillers can be highly dangerous and thus strongly discouraged. Risks include addiction, overdose (especially in new users who take too much), and liver damage from the acetaminophen (500mg) in the pills. The maximum recommended daily dose of acetaminophen is 4000mg, with toxicity manifesting around double that. While this may not be significant for a person with low tolerance (the hydrocodone itself being the major overdose concern in this case) one with a high tolerance may easily exceed the toxic dose of acetaminophen and risk severe health complications.
How many hydrocodone m357 pills do you take to get high?

Can you take 3000 mg of vicodin and not overdose?
The problem here is that Vicodin is a mixed medication. Vicodin contains hydrocodone and acetaminophen. While hydrocodone is a narcotic, it is the smaller dosage medication in the pill, on average 5-10 mg per pill. Acetaminophen doses per pill can be as high as 750 mg. This is where the problem can rise. Acetaminophen creates a toxin in the liver. Normally this is not a problem, as a healthy liver can metabolize and deal with prescribed doses of the drug. However, the "3000 mg" of vicodin often refers to the acetaminophen portion, and 3000 mgs of acetaminophen is 3 times the highest recommended dosage. In short, 3000 mg of acetaminophen is likely to kill a healthy adult.
Do not take more than the prescribed dosage of any medication. Do not especially take a medication you have not been prescribed.
Another consideration here is that if you are familiar enough with the medication to know that the hydrocodone portion is typically no higher than 10 mg., if you take enough pills to equal 3000 mg of the hydrocodone portion, you would be taking as many as 300 pills, making the acetaminophen portion equal 225,000 mg...a bullet to the brain would be a less certain death sentence.
Can your Dr convert Hydromorphone to Norco if so what is the Norco dosage?
There is a minor discrepancy in the online calculators - half i checked say 10mg of norco is the equivilant to 2mg of hydromorphone - others say 20mg of norco is equal to 6mg of hydromorphone - my best medical educated guess as a medical professional is that the actual calculation falls in the middle & they are estimating the difference. Good luck!
Yes they could have been on almost any other opiate. However taking vicoden or some other Hydrocodone mix is very common compared to using most other opiates.
Is Lortab more effective than Vicodin?
Assuming that the tablet stregths are the same...there's nothing really different between the 2. They both contain the exact same drug (hydrocodone), they are just manufactured by 2 difference company, making them look a little different (shape/size/color/etc.
Occasionally the binders & fillers (zero actual medicine) are a little different, but that shouldn't have any major effects seen by the patient.
None. They are brand names.
Can post nasal drip cause sleep choking syndrome?
It is highly possible that post nasal drip can be affecting the way that you breathe hile you are sleeping. Post nasal drip can cause an obstruction and a blockage in your air passage way. It is also very likely that a person that has post nasal drip has sinus congestion which further obstructs the air passage ways. This can cause snoring and even sleep apnea. Sleep apnea is a condition that occurs when you have difficulties breathing when you are sleeping. it can havea signficant impact on your life as it disrupts your sleep and can lead to serious health risks. You should treat your post nasal drip in order to avoid these problems. I know of two products that help treat post nasal drip- sinuswars2 and mucinex. There are probably many more, which your pharmacist should be able to help you with.
What is a painful erection that last more than 4 hours?
Just exactly that. An erection that doesn't go down and most likely just gets harder. That gets painful after a while.
It's not really an issue of safety but instead practicality. The suboxene works by seeking out and adhering to,therefore blocking the bodies opiate receptor cells and does so for 1-3 days depending on your body weight, activities and metabolism. You can take all the HYDROCODONE you want but you won't feel them because it wants to bind to the same sites (opiate receptors) that the suboxene is already blocking off.Odd course it slowly wears off but the half life of suboxene is relatively high meaning it will still be working (although to a lesser extent) for 2 to 3 days..cosiderably more then the 26 hours you inquired about.

Do doctors give patients vicodin before surgery to calm them down?
Vicodin should not be given to 'calm' people down as you put it. It's for pain. It's normally given after the fact, ie, after surgery, after you broke a bone. You can give it before an office procedures, like biopsies, vasectomies, ect, for pain to come. It won't help with the anxiety. If you have surgery in the hospital in the OR, you don't need it because you'll be 'out' to feel pain. To 'calm' somebody, you need something for anxiety like Ativan, Restoril, Xanax, ect.
What are some long term affects of pain killers?
Smallest as a Mood swing and as big as liver damage. for a example. Each Vicodin. Es 7.5 has 500 mg of Tylenol. So if you eat five of them that would equal. Out to 2500 mg and you do that three times a day that would be 7500 mg of tylenol. A day and doing that every day. Can add up and do liver damage and at this point you die you swell up then they have do put a metal boilt in your head to keep. The swelling. Down then you get put on a liver transplant they try to find a match and after two days or so you die. Now I take one a day for medical. Resons and if I cut myself off a few days I find that I can break one in half and get the feeling as if I have taken a whole one so if you have to have stay at a low dose don't be greedy. Becouse the Vic. Wins every time think about it and you might have a chance
What is the European equivalent for Vicodin?
The closest medication would be Tramacet (Tramadol HCL 37.5mg/Paracetamol 325) or maybe Codydramol (Dihydrocodeine 7.5-10mg/Paracetamol 500mg). None of these two are close enough though to be called equivalent to Vicodin.
Vicodin is a mixture of Hydrocodone (not to be confused with Dihydrocodeine) and paracetamol.
Codydramol is a lot weaker than Vicodin - hence a 7.5mg DHC/500mg Paracetamol containing product cannot be bought OTC in the UK, a prescription is needed from your GP. Vicodin is also controlled prescription only drug and could not be bought OTC even if it was in the UK.
