What causes frizz and how can you get rid of it?

If you are talking about frizzy hair, I lived in FLorida for a while and the humidity caused me to have frizzy hair. I tried everything in the store, but a lot of the products made my hair greasy looking and feeling, so I started washing my hair every three days. Now my hair is better so I wash it every two. If it looks like its getting oily I wash it. If not, over washing can cause frizzes, and also heat can cause it, lots of stuff can. From your water to salt in the air, to just your hairs natural thing. So I would try washing it less often and conditioning it when you do. I had trouble with this at first, because I like to wash my hair everyday, but it is naturally curly and I just can't. A ceramic flat iron can also help get rid of frizz. == === drink more water and take multi vitamin pills

How much does a store manager at the Dollar Tree stores make a year?

lol, not enough... That is unless you've been with the company for a while. A manager at one of my stores was making roughly 550 a week (before taxes) after 5 yrs of service....... Speaking as an actual store manager with Dollar Tree, and to update the above answer, here's my knowledge on this question.. Example 1) You're brought into the company as a Store Manager (5+ years of retail STORE management experience is almost always required for this to happen).. You can expect to make anywhere between $32,000-$40,000 per year.. There may be some extreme cases where the figure might be under or maybe even over that ammount, but the average starting salary in this scenario would be $35,000 per year.. Example 2) You are hired into the company as a Cashier/Stocker (with little retail experience and/or no management), work for the company for somewhere between 4 months and 2 years, and get promoted to Assistant Manager.. After about a year, an opening for a Store Manager position becomes available at a small store (does little business), and your District Manager and/or Store Manager decide to promote you and let you run the smaller store.. You're probably going to make about $25,000-$30,000 per year... The normal starting salary for an Assistant Manager to Store Manager promotion is right about $28,000.. Example 3) You are hired as an Assistant Manager (w/ retail STORE manager experience).. You would be trained with hopes that within a year or so, you would be able to step up to the store manager position. When that happens (promotion to Store Manager), you would be given around $30,000-$35,000 per year.. The store manager experience will give you an extra boost in salary as compared to Example #2.. You'll probably be looking at about $32,500, somewhere in that range.. Experience and work ethic have a lot to do with your salary.. For most (90+%) Dollar Tree store manager that has been working for the company more than 10 years is making over $40,000 a year.. $50,000 is out of the question if that's what someone is hoping.. All in all... the average store managers probably around $37,000 per year..

Can you create your own W2 using your last pay check stub?

No. If you do not have a W2 from your employer(s) regardless of the reason, you should contact the IRS for instructions on how to file your return. = Answer = If what your suggesting is you want to file your return before you receive the offical W-2 from your employer (say mid January rather than the end of Jan when W-2s must arrive by), by using the information from the year end pay stubb - well it's possible but not a good idea. Clearly, with electronic filing, little (actually nothing) regularly is now sent. You basically input all the information from the W-2 into the electronic transmittal and really don't actually need the paper W-2. (And I should hope we've all seen the ads from the company claiming to be "your people" and how even the mailman doesn't wait for his W2 to get his refund...etc. enough already to puke). But, understand that the W2 you get is a paper form of some info from an in depth electronic filing report sent to the IRS by the employer. The IRS matches it to return info we provide, and confirms the employer actually paid over the amounts he is claiming to, etc. This is now all becoming very electronic, automatic, quick and accurate. ALL the information you report better be represented EXACTLY like the employers report....including which boxes (and codes within those boxes when needed) were used, what ID numbers they filed it under, etc. Those are required by the electronic filing programs. Otherwise, if the info doesn't jive, there will be delays and problems for all!
