To be honest, these 'General Rules' are not based on reality. Every person is unique in their body and how it responds to different training, hence why their are so many conflicting idea's on the best workouts or training regime's.

Trying different workouts for yourself would be the key and find out what works best for YOU, to get the results you want to achieve. Along with workouts or training, diet and sleep is something of utmost importance to any athlete. Your diet will be something you will have to experiment with to yield the greatest results, again depending on what you want to achieve.

Nothing much.I'm speaking fom personal experience. I was on Test and Tren and took a whole cycle without any real lifting. I did gain weight, I got a littlebit bigger, around 15lbs heavier. I am an ectomorph, I have a great physique and I could definitely see some thickening of the muscles but realy it was temporary and the longest lasting thing I got was acne. I now work out and the strength and size differences are awesome. Steroroids are meant to allow you to recover and build muscle faster. In other words it's like adding a super sized gas tank to your truck. It will add a bit of weight to the truck but you aren't reaizing your potential until you are driving that truck.
