It's probably that your default printer is set to OneNote. It's helpful for people who want pdf's quick of screens or websites or whatever, to have electronic record rather than printed. If you prefer to print your pages though, there are two options. Go into controls, click printers, and change your default printer. Yes, it is enough to run it but not enough to keep a steady performance rate, I would suggest windows XP if you really like the look and feel of WIN 7 however just install a WIN7 theme.
