Heffalump was the name in one of the Winnie the Pooh's longer television movies. As in Heffalumps and Woozles. If you want the character name for the little elephant from the morning cartoon episodes, his name is Lumpy. Which I am sure is short for Heffalump.

Heffalump was created in 1926.
