My opinion is that they are too excessively used among children. I think there should be a law against children under 13 to have cell phones, because cell phones have an extreme effect on the eyes of children. I am in no way saying they have no effect on adults, but generally children over use their mobile devices. Am I being paranoid and unrealistic? Probably, but that's just my oppinion.
