You cant. Legally you cant open their bill, its not addressed to you and you cant get them from the cellphone company unless you know there info as far as social security number, birthdate and possibly password. If you know how to go into the call log of their phone you can get the most recent 20 calls of dialed, received and text. Use the menu button on there phone to get into the log and then the up and down buttons to scroll. Good luck. Why not just ask this person is they are doing what you think and be done with it......

Buy Another. I`ve Tried Everthing On Mine & Ended Up Replacing Them. Remove the battery, let it thoroughly dry out, then see if it works. You'll need to charge the battery though. Amazingly enough, they will sometimes work again after being dunked. If it DOESN't work, just get a new phone because they aren't worth repairing. I dropped mine into the hand basin from my shirt pocket. Took it apart, battery and sim out and left it in a warm place.
