My opinion is that they are too excessively used among children. I think there should be a law against children under 13 to have cell phones, because cell phones have an extreme effect on the eyes of children. I am in no way saying they have no effect on adults, but generally children over use their mobile devices. Am I being paranoid and unrealistic? Probably, but that's just my oppinion.

Some Life Insurance policy's are now giving Pre-Paid mobile devices for emergancy usage, which is fine, but other than that... Cell phone usage is deffinately really high among kids and adults.

To think that drivers who are supposed to be responsible for themselves, their car and possable passanger(s) that are using cell phones/ messaging in a Motor vehicle is absolutely out of the question. Automobile accidents are the number one killer of teenagers in the United States, and eliminating cell/car phone usage while driving is an essential part of decreasing the amount of accidents.

You cant. Legally you cant open their bill, its not addressed to you and you cant get them from the cellphone company unless you know there info as far as social security number, birthdate and possibly password. If you know how to go into the call log of their phone you can get the most recent 20 calls of dialed, received and text. Use the menu button on there phone to get into the log and then the up and down buttons to scroll. Good luck. Why not just ask this person is they are doing what you think and be done with it......

(Educated guess) More than likely because the antennas used have a radiation pattern of 60 degrees. Thus 6 are required for full 360 degree coverage. Clarification If you look at the top of a cell phone tower, you will see the vertical arrays that constitute the antennas, usually with the form of long vertical rectangles or boxes, sometimes arranged in parallel groups. A more detailed inspection would reveal that the vertical arrays are separated 120º from each other. This means that each array is pointing to the center of its hexagonal cell. Hence, each cell is covered by six arrays from six separate towers, one at the apex of each of its six angles. Each provider can use a fixed set of frequencies, which forces them to assign a limited number of frequencies to each adjacent cell; the frequencies start repeating on the non-adjacent cells. Similarly, each antenna array can serve a limited number of subscribers at any given time. All this means that when traffic increases within a cell (more users), the only way of coping with the extra traffic is to reduce the area of the cell so it serves less subscribers. This is done by adding more towers to form smaller cells, hence the constant demand for cell tower sites. When a cell is fractioned in smaller cells, the antenna arrays that serve the new cells are lowered and their power is reduced so their emitted energy does not go beyond the adjacent cells to avoid interfering with those other cells, farther cells that use the same sets of frequencies. Having the cell phone towers closer to each other means that the signal, although purposely weakened, can now reach inside elevators and concrete buildings. Buy Another. I`ve Tried Everthing On Mine & Ended Up Replacing Them. Remove the battery, let it thoroughly dry out, then see if it works. You'll need to charge the battery though. Amazingly enough, they will sometimes work again after being dunked. If it DOESN't work, just get a new phone because they aren't worth repairing. I dropped mine into the hand basin from my shirt pocket. Took it apart, battery and sim out and left it in a warm place. Worked fine but I do keep it in a protective cover so this may have helped stop water getting in so quickly.
