Just wanted to let people know my story. I purchased an LG Optimus F3 from Target in January 2014. It was $150 and for $20 more I got the replacement plan from Target that will give me a Target gift card with my purchase price on it if any thing malfunctions with the phone in the next two years (but not due to human error).

Anyway, my family and I were all going on a family plan with T-Mobile and the account owner just called customer service gave them the SIM card info for my new phone and my Sprint phone number was ported over in about 4 days.

We did the same within minutes with my mom's LG F3 phone by going into the T-Mobile store and having them port over the number. I believe there is a $10 SIM card charge.

I wanted to share this because the LG Optimus F3 is $240.00 if purchased from T-Mobile directly and they don't exactly tell you that some how they are entilted to a 62% mark up on the market value of a phone if you are post-paid rather than prepaid.

In some cases a cell phones waves can cause your brain to bring some dead cells back and eventually you'll just turn stupid. Pshych naw I'm not a doctor I'm only 12 years old I don't know what I'm talking about so I just wasted a few seconds of your life try and see if you can get it back but wait i now the answer you can't hope your not mad and remember always watch Ugly Betty it comes on October 9 love 2 all.

Texting is totally acceptable.... I'm a girl and i love it when i get cute texts from my boyfriend or even a text that lets me know he is thinking about me and wants to know what I'm up to.... BUT if the relationship turns into an "all texting relationship" you're in trouble! I think a guy should try and call his girlfriend once a day.... even if the conversation doesn't last long. Just before you are going to bed call her to say good night. Or instead of texting her to hang out or go on a date actually call her for a change! She wants to hear your voice every once in a while!!!

The difference between communicatimg when using the cell phone and the Internet is for the cell phone you don't have to refresh it and the Internet you do. Also for the Internet you don't have just text you can use the computer cam and see them as well but the cell phone you can not.

Were I a judge, and I'm not, I'd ask you a couple of questions first. Question one would be to ask if you had a phone in your residence? If you answered yes, then I'd say in your situation that it isn't a utility. If you said no, then I would grant it utility status. The reason for that is that a telephone has become a mainstay in communications and because of possible emergency needs, it could serve a utilitarian purpose (not to mention saving lives).

The second question would be to determine what you use your telephone for the most. For instance, are you a sales person, on the road using it for setting up appointments? Do you travel a lot and have it for emergencies?

Or do you just use it to gab with your friends?

Now, after I've given you a hard time, I'd still call it a utility. Why? If you used your phone to help a stranded motorist, called the police, fire or ambulance or just simply felt secure in being able to reach someone if your car breaks down, to me, that would qualify as a utility.

Electrical service is a utility, although you can live without it. I also feel that a telephone in the home is a utility, too, so why not a portable phone?
