Are banknotes of 5000000 issued by bank of jugoslavija valid still?

The country of Yugoslavia ceased to exist in 2003 and none of the notes issued by the former Bank of Yugoslavia have been honoured since the introduction of the Novi Dinar in 1994 which was pegged to the German Mark (at the rate of 12,000,000,000,000,000 1993 Dinar = 1 Mark), which would make your 5m note worth about 1 trillionth of a US cent).

The 5,000,000 Dinar note was issued twice during the countries hyper-inflationary period between 1992-94 and was mostly worthless during it's period of issue, with denominations reaching 500,000,000,000 Dinar during this time.

What is value of foreign coins?

That depends quite a bit on what you have! Are your foreign(*) coins current circulation pieces? What country or countries are they from? If they're current issues (e.g. Japanese yen, British pounds/pence or EU euros/cents), your best bet would be to find someone who's travelling to one of those places and sell them at the current exchange rate. You can find rates posted on line or in the financial section of any major newspaper. Unfortunately most exchange agencies (American Express, Deak, etc.) don't want to exchange coins, only bills, so you'll have to trade them privately. If they're older coins or very mixed, you'll need to take them to a hobby shop or somewhere similar to have them looked at in person. In most cases they're probably not worth more than their face value, maybe less if they're no longer used (e.g. francs, marks, lira, etc.) but you still ought to make sure you don't have some more valuable piece mixed in. If they're common, a dealer will only pay you a small amount and will probably put them in a grab box. (*) Please note that I had to make a minor spelling correction to your posting so that the word "foreign" could be found by a standard search.

What is the value of a 2002 English Five Pound note with ink that can be rubbed off?

The production process of these notes included a varnish applied to the paper before the serial number was printed, allowing them to be easily rubbed off. This makes them slightly rarer than the replacement notes and worth about £15 ($25) in mint uncirculated condition.

The replacement notes, with the varnish applied over the serial numbers, are worth slightly less at £11 ($18).

Either note in any condition other than mint uncirculated is worth only face value.

In some way, every banknote is rare because since the introduction of serial numbers, each one is unique. A 1919 Canadian $5 note was sold at auction in 2010 for $21,000 simply because it had the serial number '000001'. A 1929 Palestinian £50 with the serial number A000000 was sold in the same auction for $115,000.

How much is a 1937 king george 20 dollar bill worth?

That depends on the country of issue of the $20 and the provinance on the bill. If it is a US $20 bill, it would be worth at least $20 today. If the provinance on the bill is that it comes attached with a letter staing the story behind it, and possibily a letter from Prince George stating here is the $20 I owe you, serial number XXX, then it would be of collectable interest and would probably fetch more at auction from interested collectors of Prince (King) George memorbelia, and if the letter were addressed to Wallis Simpson, then undoubtably may fetch several hunder dollors.
