Many heroes and villains throughout the X-men titles have shown the ability to control fire. Some of the most notable are Pyro, Crystal, Firestar, Magma, and Phoenix, though there are MANY more and there are slight variations of the powers on most.

The next X-Men movie will be X-Men Origins: Magneto, I believe.

Level 5 is a classification that only came about from the X-men movies, and was only used in "X-men: The Last Stand". In the comic books, they classify the level of mutant's powers a bit differently. They used to use a three part classification system, but it has recently been extended to a seven part system, which will be explained a bit farther down.

It has been said by the director that they changed the movie system from the comic's because they thought it would be easier for people to understand. Numbers tend to be easier to immediately comprehend instead of telling people an obscure word and having them understand. Level 1 instead of delta and level 5 instead of omega.

The comics system used to go by three levels of power : beta, alpha, and omega. However, this didn't prove to be a broad enough scale, so they had to add to it. Recently, this was expanded to a seven part system : zeta, epsilon, delta, gamma, beta, alpha, and omega. If we were to connect the two scales, it would look something like this.

"Normal" or Human = non-mutant humans and zeta level mutants

Level 1 = Epsilon

Level 2 = Delta

Level 3 = Gamma and Beta

Level 4 = Alpha

Level 5 = Omega

In the comics, there are several "Omega-level" mutants, some of whom are : Jean Grey, Robert Drake, Emma Frost, Gabriel Summers, Nate Grey, and Franklin Richards, among others.

The only mutant in the films stated to be that powerful is Jean Grey. However, especially in recent movies, Magneto has shown significant displays of power. Also, in the upcoming "X-men: Apocalypse", Apocalypse may be a class five mutant as well, if it follows comic canon. Until it is stated as such on screen, Jean Grey will remain the ONLY class five mutant.

Both Marvel and DC have characters that everyone has heard of. For DC they are Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman. For Marvel they are the X-Men, Spider-Man, Iron Man, and The Incredible Hulk. In the mainstream I would say Marvel wins out though. They have had more success over all in the area of blockbuster movies. This brings characters to kid's sneakers, billboards, popcorn buckets, etc. The increased marketing helps make certain characters more of a household name.

Answer: Relatively speaking the most recognizable names from the USA are Nixon, Bush, and Superman. DC characters are infamously more recognizable, and relatively household names; however, Marvel generally sells more comics, and does better in overall marketing. I would label Marvel as the more popular comics company.

I think personally DC is more popular then marvel except for in films but not tv. If you go on IMDB Arrow and Flash are both extremely popular shows. Not just that but the superman radio show and the Adam West Batman show were both popular. Super friends, justice league, batman the animated show. Batman and Superman are wayyyyyy more well known then Captain America and Iron Man. DC wins everyday.

Because they want to value themselves to society and it's something to talk about. But saying stuff behind a persons back is not a very right thing to do. Because the person being talked about can take it to offence. I think it's best not to gossip because it hurts. They only do it because they value themselves more then the person. You can't cut his head off, his skeleton is laced with adamantium, an unbreakable metal that nothing can cut through. But wolverine can die, if someone shut down his brain, he would die. I don't think anyone would be able to shut his brain down,though and I believe that even if his heart stops,it would heal

the team i use is Iceman- if you pump up cold mastery, ice combat, and either arctic burst or cold crush he will be a very strong close range fighter with a good area of effect attack. Iron man- if you pump of Motion amplifier, Mark VII Upgrade, AutoMedic, and Gamma Bolts he will be one of the strongest melee attackers with a really good ranged attack. Cyclops- by leveling up Visor Upgrade, Leadership, Optic Beam, and Polarized Beam you will have an extremely strong ranged attacker that will give you extra exp while comboing due to leadership. and finally either Professor X-has a great AoE attack, Gambit can be extremely fast attacker, Or Juggernaut-extremely strong melee attacker with the best Extreme move in the game Path Of Destruction

No, Jean Grey loves Scott Summers. She is undoubtly attrackted to Logan (hell, who isn't), but she doesn't love him. Phoenix.... Well I'll just choose not to go into that. It depends on what version of comics you're reading. In the Exiles comics ther're in a different universe and that one is a Jean and Logan paring. There's also another one by Chris Claremont I think it's called X-men Forever, after Logan dies Jean admits that she loved him. In the originals Jean is in love with Scott.

The most powerful of the X-men is professor Charles Xavier. He is the thought itself. You can kill his body, but his thoughts never. He is indestructible. He has the power to read thoughts and get in control of your thoughts, but he is in the good side, so he didn't control the thoughts of other people.

It is mentioned about a thousand times in all of the movies that Jean Grey or otherwise known as the phoenix is the most powerful in the world and that is shown in the 3rd movie of X-Men when there at Alcatraz and she destroys everything and she did kill Charles Xavier and Cyclopes in the movie as well and almost kills everyone at the camp with a little mug that is made of metal,so it is Jean Grey.
