I've seen this case many times and this has also happened to me. My router or internet kept disconnecting every 10-30 minutes and I understand its very frustrating. One of the main reasons this happens is that your router or modem is out of date. As the implementor however, you would most likely need to own the land where the class is taking place, which would most likely require a premium account based on a monthly subscription. Furthermore, you should either get the skills yourself to create the classroom materials online or allocate a budgets to hire someone in the Second Life to do it. There is a way provided by Second Life itself to look for job for and offer jobs to scrips and object builders to this end.

I am not experienced with this but I'd say 100 US dollars should cover everything, depending however on the complexity of the classroom materials. There's plenty of advice in Second Life itself for this, just make sure not to trust just anyone with your money (or Second Life equivalent Linden dollars).

what probably is happening is that you have your Internet connection (computer/modem) turned off, or your Ethernet receiver is blocked, or your subscription has ended, or you have been banned, when it says cannot connect to X-box live, select test connection and see whats wrong., or just turn it off and back on

The creators of the Elder Scrolls have recently said that they will create an Elder Scrolls online, it will be a mix of all the Elder Scrolls. This feature resembles World of Warcraft, and doesn't look like it will have the same feel as Skyrim.

Also, there is a new MOD being created for PC that allows a player to play only Skyrim and does not include the other Elder Scrolls. This MOD looks alot more fun, and more like the original singleplayer Skyrim, except you can do quests with your friends. Unfortunately, this MOD is still being perfected, and will not be completed for some time.
