How do you add font to yahoo mail?

Basically - you can't add fonts! Despite Yahoo claiming that they have a new app available (supposedly listed under Applications in the lower left corner of Yahoo! Mail) I cannot find anything there that gives a selection of new or extra fonts. The fonts currently available amount to 8, and they are all the well worn and boring ones that everyone uses. If you want a wider selection of fonts then use an add-on email client like Mozilla Thunderbird or MS Outlook Express. An email program that is distinct from web based email like Yahoo and the others has the advantage of faster page loading and switching between folders (amongst other things) because all your emails are local (on your computer) - copies of what is on the remote server used by the email provider. You can receive your emails when you log-in to your email provider (via your email client) and they are then kept within the client that you are using, meaning they are now on your computer and you can read and reply to your emails when you are off-line, even when traveling with your trusty laptop, instead of being kept exclusively on a remote server.

I used MS Outlook Express for a long time but I now use Mozilla Thunderbird. O.E is preferred but the big advantage of Thunderbird is the ease of setting up your email accounts - you don't have to fool around with ports and POP3 settings - it's all automatic. Oh, and with Thunderbird you can have multiple email accounts open, and switch between them as you want. If you have a few Yahoo! accounts (or Hotmail, G-Mail, etc.) then you would otherwise have to log-in to each one in turn to check your emails, whereas Thunderbird can access and monitor all of them together. And either O.E. or Thunderbird have a much larger selection of fonts - huge compared to the mere 8 offered by Yahoo! Mail. But don't get too excited because even though both these email clients have lots of fonts (Thunderbird has some nice hand-writing styles like Segoe Print and a FEW other interesting ones), most fonts look pretty much the same, such as Tahoma and Verdana, which look the same as many others. There are only subtle differences with many fonts, like the tails on a letter 'g' for example. And the great bonus of using an email client to fetch your messages from a web based provider is that you can deal with your emails in peace without all the advertising and pop-ups. I only ever log-in to Yahoo! Mail occasionally just to tidy up, empty the trash and spam folders, etc.

I'm sure the older versions Yahoo! Mail (Classic?) did have many more fonts available, but it is years since I have used Yahoo! to read and reply to emails because I was using O.E. for a long time with Windows XP, but now I'm using Thunderbird since O.E. is apparently not available for Windows 7 on my laptop. And if you Google for email clients you will find many available, perhaps better than these two I have mentioned, but who has time to set up and try them all.

Why do you get a zoosk on facebook notification when you get a new Yahoo Mail?

Because on zoosk it will help you find a relationship and in some cases, a better relationship. If you use the new yahoo mail, then it will be more complex to start a new relationship. P.S: Most people get on facebook more than yahoo, and there isn't a yahoo notification on facebook so instead they might choose zoosk to get mail (IDK who would do that)
