Why are yorkie poos interactive?

If you mean why they interact, or relate to people? All dogs do that--toy dogs are especially bred for human companionship, so they may be more interactive with humans than some other kinds of dogs.

I think it's possible that you mean *hyperactive* = extremely active, which the yorkipoos I've known certainly are. They are part terrier, and terrier puppies are famous for being very active and bold, especially as puppies. They are part poodle, and poodles are one of the most intelligent breeds, which tends to make them more active and inquisitive as puppies.

My yorkipoo was a handful as a puppy. He almost never slept during the day, and I had to enforce a rule that he had to settle down and not bother me at night. He was fearless, willful, always into something. Training him took care and attention. As he grew older, he became calmer and easier to have around, but at nine years old he still needs exercise, play and stimulation. Yorkipoos are a lot of fun, but don't get one if you aren't prepared to give it time and energy!

What is pyoderma in Yorkies?

Pyoderma is a bacterial infection of the skin. Pyoderma can be divided into surface pyodermas (infection on the skin surface), superficial pyoderma (infection within the skin) or deep pyoderma (infection under the skin).

The health impact from pyoderma can range from mild with superficial pyoderma to severe with deep pyoderma. Superficial and surface pyodermas can cause intense itching leading to discomfort. The underlying cause of the pyoderma may also have a negative health impact on the dog, depending on the disease.

What to Watch For

Any of these should trigger a visit to your veterinarian:

-Red, itchy and painful skin lesions

-Pustules (pimples)

-Draining sores

Should I be worried that my yorkie ate then vomited a condom?

I think it depends on if the condom came up intact and if you are sure it was only one condom. Also condoms don't always just contain what you might expect one to contain, if you know what I mean. Some people carry illegal drugs in them. If your dog picked one up in the street, I think I would be a little worried. Keep an eye on it and see if the dog is displaying any symptoms. If you are not entirely sure then you should consult a vet immediately. If that condom did not come out intact then I would talk to your vet and get the dog looked at. You need to make sure the rubber is not getting itself caught inside the gut or somewhere similar. My advice is get the dog seen to by a vet if you cannot be completely sure it was only one empty condom and it came back intact.

How often did the soldiers take a bath?

Servicemen took baths when the opportunity arose. You have to remember that there were a little over sixteen million of them in World War Two.

When you were in this country you were usually in a barracks with several hundred other guys and a shower room that would accomodate only a half dozen to a dozen or so at a time. There were only limited opportunities to take a shower -- most of the time you were somewhere other than the barracks. You couldn't take baths on any kind of a schedule.

Aboard ships you still had crowded showers. Often water would be rationed and you would have to (1) Wet yourself down with water. (2) Shut off water - lather and scrub. (3) turn on the water and rinse yourself off.

There were usually salt water showers available on ships but a salt water shower is a very unpleasant experience. It's hard to get suds using salswater. There was a saltwater soap but it was a worse experience than the shower. It was like trying to bathe using a short piece of two by four lumber instead of soap. (Well --- maybe the two by four might just generate a little more suds!!)When you dried off after a saltwater shower your skin was sticky, tight-feeling, uncomfortable. Personally I would rather smell a little ripe than take a saltwater shower.

When you were in active combat you could forget bathing -- there were more important things to worry about. There were no bathing facilities on or near the front lines (Unless you could call your helmet a bathing facility!)-- you had to wait until you were relieved and sent back behind the lines where you might find a thrown-together contraption that passed a shower,or an honest-to-goodness shower. (That officers weren't in control of)

So you can see that a regular schedule of daily or weekly showers was almost impossible. You showered when the opportunity arose. It was like working on a goat farm -- you got used to the smells.

They were the bad old days. But I wouldn't trade them for anything.

Yes they do. All dogs shed at least a tiny bit and no dog is "non-shedding" but a papi-poo sheds like the poodle which is really little.

An interpretation of the essay look at a teacup by hampl?

Summary of "Look at a Tea Cup"

Look at a tea cup is an essay written by Patricia Hampl. There are two major things in this essay. They are: the relationship between a mother and her daughter and the connection between the past and the present. Both of these things are represented by a tea cup.

The tea cup was bought by the mother in 1939 when she got married to American who had been Czechoslovakia. In 1939 Czechoslovakia taken over and destroyed by the army of Hitler. The mother and her daughter disagree about many things when the writer was 10 years old she said work was the most important thing in the world. Her mother said family was the most important things. The mother said family was the most important things. The mother wanted the daughter to get married but the daughter thought it was not compulsion. The writer thinks the past is very important for mother thinks it is a future that matters. The tea cup connects the mother and daughters, the past and the present. It was made in 1939 and the mother has given it to daughter. Now the writer likes her mother doesn't talk about the past. The daughter can find out about her mother only by looking at the tea cup. In 1939 there was the world war which had killed many people, made many widows and destroyed everything.
