a decent yorkshire terrier 5 years ago you would have spent £750 for one but since the credit cruch the prices have gone down because no one is willing to pay as much and you could look to buy one between £175-£500.

It all depends... Do you mean AKC registered? CKC registered? Pure bred? Also depends on where you live.

If you buy from and good breeder that watches for and breeds out genetic defects then expect to pay around $1500 or more depanding on the dog, but the are show dog quality. If you buy from a breeder with a health guaranty but not a show dog you are looking at $1000 or more. No guaranty but still a breeder or backyard breeder $400 or more. All these dogs will have papers.

A Yorkie with no papers or health guaranty $200 or more. A yorkie off of craigslist or out of the paper there isn't even a guaranty it's a pure breed or healthy. Those dogs can be $75 and up. Be scared if the dog is over 4 months old. There is a reason they are getting rid of it and it will probably cost you alot in the long run either in retraining or in medical bills.

I breed Purebred German Yorkshires. The lines in the states are not pure, Toy breeds are the runts being bred down to be small, they usually come with health issues and will not live as long. My dames go anywhere from 1500-2800 and sirs from 1300-2700. It depends on show quality or house pet. If you purchase a Yorkie stateside, they are more than likely not a pure breed. Some may come with papers, but it doesn't take much to get them papered in the states. Mine are both German and AKC papered.

Backyard breeders in the states will charge way too much. Be prepared to be ripped off with no quality involved!

This way we know that the breeding has taken place, because one day may not have taken where as another day it may have. All dogs generally live to fifteen years, however small dogs, including the Yorkie Bichon mix, usually live a tad bit more since they are less prone to back problems. It also depends on the dog. If you get a healthy, happy dog he will live longer than a sad, sick dog.

many people actually don't think that the Yorkie is the cutest dog. that is an opinion and so it can not really be answered. although the Yorkie is cute i personally think other dogs are cuter.

Depends on what kind of chihuahua. If you have a toy or a teacup. Then at about 8-10 months then that's kinda of what their size is gonna be from now on. But if you have a regular chi. Then at about a year. I have both, so I know.

westies are small compact dogs with floppy ears when young and erect ears when older they are very friendly and good with children especially males.

Just whenever you feel that you need to bath them. Like when they get dirty or smelly. Make sure that in the summer you take them to a dog grooming place so that they can cut their fur for them and give them a bath.
