How do you use Black Luster Ritual in Yu-Gi-Oh?
Answer taken from the Official English Rulebook: When you have a Ritual Spell Card, along with the matching Ritual Monster Card, in your hand, along with the required Tribute (as listed on the Ritual Spell Card), you can activate the Ritual Spell Card, placing it in the Spell & Trap Card Zone. If the activation of the Ritual Spell Card is successful, Tribute monsters by sending them from your hand or the field to the Graveyard. The Ritual Spell Card will list the required amount to Tribute. After sending the Tributed Monsters to the Graveyard, play the Ritual Monster Card onto the field in either face-up Attack or Defense Position. Finally, place the Ritual Spell Card in the Graveyard. In your case, "Black Luster Ritual" would be activated once you have "Black Luster Solider" in your hand. Now you pick monsters (other than "Black Luster Solider", of course) that are on your field or hand and send them to the Graveyard. The stars of the monsters that you select must total up to 8 or more in order to Ritual Summon the 8-star "Black Luster Solider". Then you Summon "Black Luster Solider" from your hand; this is treated as a Special Summon so you can Normal Summon or Set another monster that same turn.

If your trying to buy cards at a store the Tins cost $20, a booster pack costs $3.99, decks cost about $11, double deck packs cost from $12.00 to $15.00 and rare card packs cost about $8.

No. It is a toy. All it does is rip up the edges of the card and make you look stupid if you try and play Yu-Gi-Oh in public. Also if the cards have protective sleeves they wont fit into the duel disk.

AnswerThe cards up to Magician's Force have their rarity shown like this.Normal Cards have a Black non shiny name, non-holographic picture, and a silver, shiny square in the bottom right corner of the card.
First Edition Cards have "1st Edition" printed under the bottom left corner of the picture of the monster and the shiny square in the bottom right corner of the card is gold.
Rare Cards have a Silver Reflecting name.
Super Rare Cards have a holographic picture, but a normal black, non-shiny name.
Ultra Rare Cards have a holographic picture and a gold name.
Secret Rare Cards have a Silver name and holographic background, both having a bit of a rainbow sparkle effect.
There are cards that come in Pre-made Starter decks with some of these effects on them. These cards are not as rare as those that come out of packets with the same effects because they are always in the specific deck you got.

No. One of the conditions placed upon Flip Summons is that the monster can not have declared an attack that turn - even if the attack was negated or otherwise halted. If a monster declares an attack and Book of Moon is used to turn it face-down, then as it declared an attack, you are unable to Flip Summon it that turn.

your best bet for a good deck is for sure whatever your style is. not everyone can run a certain deck well. you need to play a random assortments of decks until you find something that runs smooth enough for you. ATM i am running a light dark random deck that has backup cards in it to stop dark armed and lightsworn in their places. you just need to play with different decks until you find one that you are comforteable with.
Personaly i choose to use low level monsters with good abilities like man eater bug and yomi ship. I also use low level attack monsters like luster dragon, slate warrior, and gladiator beast andal. Also try good defense like stone wall of the Aztecs or soul tiger.
