The Black Death started in Asia. It hit India and Persia before moving on to the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe. It spread through nearly all of Europe, generally from south to north, over a period of several years.
Love peace signs <(-_-)> .
But seriously: Across most of Asia and Europe.
Many countries were affected by the Black Death. the plague started in China. then it spread through the trade routes to India, Persia, Mongolia and the Middle East. The Black Death caused more destruction in Europe than Asia. Almost every country was affected except Poland and Netherlands.
The outbreak started somewhere in Asia. It got to the Crimea, spread to Constantinople, was spread throughout the Mediterranean on maritime trade routs, and moved across Western Europe from south to north, and then eastward. It basically covered almost all of Europe, except areas in the northeast.
It killed off a third or a half of the population. Since it is 40% to 70% lethal, possibly half or more of the population contracted it.
Bubonic Plague has had other outbreaks. The Plague of Justinian, which happened in the period of 541-542 was probably also Bubonic Plague. The last major outbreaks in Europe were the Great Plague of London in 1665-1666, and the Great Plague of Vienna in 1669. By that time it had spread to the New World and killed many people in Mexico and missions in the southwest of the US.
The bacteria that caused it is said to make spores that can remain alive in burial grounds for centuries. In some areas, it is regarded as unsafe to dig in these burial grounds to this day. It can be treated fairly easily with modern medicine.
13th Century(1200's) through to the 16th Century(1500's)
The black plague was hundreds of years ago when some rats had dirty fleas and stuff in them.
What happened was the rats came over here and spread the fleas and people started getting buboes and massive boils and when they popped, black ooze came out of them, one of their remedies was to put a frog on it to make it better.
Anyway nearly everyone died because of it and the boils even grew under your armpits.
The symptoms of the plague included a rosy red rash in the shape of a ring on the skin (Ring around the rosy). Pockets and pouches were filled with sweet smelling herbs ( or posies) which were carried due to the belief that the disease was transmitted by bad smells. The term "Ashes Ashes" refers to the cremation of the dead bodies! The Death Rate was over 60% and the plague was only halted by the Great Fire of London in 1666 which killed the rats which carried the disease which was transmitting via water sources. The English version of "Ring around the rosy" replaces Ashes with (A-tishoo, A-tishoo) as violent sneezing was another symptom of the disease.
The plague reoccurred occasionally in Europe right into the 19th century.
The black plague was an enormous outbreak of a disease which caused a great depletion in the world's population. It started in Asia and evidently spread to Europe, wherein it had a great impact on the people. It lasted between the 1300-1700, when technology was scarce and people could not find a cure for the disease. It had been said to have spread via rats, insects and such which were bringing the disease with them.
More than half of Europe's entire popluation had been eradicated, making it one of the world's most serious outbreaks in history.
The black death killed over 25% of the world's population. 7500 victims died every day due to the plague and China's population went from 125 million to 90 million in just 50 years. Not to mention that 200 million people in Europe died and 30-40% of England's population was wiped out as well. The black death started in Europe in 1348 and ended in 1351 although there were out breaks for the next sixty years. The disease was called the black death because one of the symptoms produced a blackening of the skin around the swellings or buboes. The buboes were red at first, but later turned a dark purple or black. When a victim's blood was let, the blood that exuded was black, thick and vile smelling with a greenish scum mixed in it.
It was a disaster especially in Europe.
Hope this helps. :)
From Asia to Europe through rats and fleas
The black Plague was spread first through the fleas on rats. the fleas then bit the humans which then the humans had the plague..
About 3/4's of the population died during the worst outbreaks. There was no remedy at the time, and contracting the plague almost always ended in death.

None, The Black death hasbeen has been cured.
very interesting question. Thinking about this I come to the conclution that the black death affected crime in the same way it affected many other things. A lot of criminals must have died in the croud that perished so I have to conclude many criminals died as a result of the plague. On the other hand, it may have helped more to the crime than to affect it. With a chaos like that some people could turn really bad due to the situation and the need to survive.
The Black Death had many affects on religion. Most people believed it was God punishing them for their wicked ways and would go round whipping themselves to try and please God. Nobody knew anything about hygiene and good living conditions, so they believed a lot about religion whereas nowadays we know the truth about how the Black Death was caused. However, the Black Death affected religion for a small minority as they believed in God and when the "good people" such as priests, died alongside others, they no longer found themselves believing.
It affected the whole world, started from England and ended with China so all countries had this 'revolution'
