the Inertia Fuel Shutoff Switch is located in the trunk. It is mounted under the luggage compartment floor cover at the back of the LH rear cargo storage compartment. The reset button must be pushed to reeet the IFS once it has been triggered. Basically it is behind the rear wheel well under the trunk mat close to the rear quarter panel. Good luck. Gus
The fuel cutoff / inertia switch is located in the trunk on the left side quarter panel under the carpet. Most have a rubber boot on them.
I have a 1994 Probe GT and that has happened to me before. To fix this problem, there is a fuel cutoff switch on the driver's side of the trunk hidden behind the plastic trunk panels. Make sure the red button is clicked down all the way, and you should be good to go. The car will cut off all fuel to the engine if that switch is tripped.
If you are talking about a fuel cutoff switch then it is in the trunk right next to the fuel hose there is a little red button
did you try reseting the fuel cutoff in the truck. it will be under the carpet, drivers side, there will be a sign.
yes....
Yessir, it will.
hi, i could'nt find the inertia switch on my ford probe 1994 for ages. Eventually I found it just above the wheel arch on passenger side in boot but you have to remove the plastic covering. Not easy to locate. Hope this helps.
in the trunk, under the carpet to the left side quarterpanel
Yes.
no, the 89-92 engine/transmissions are different from the 93-97 ford probe.
I suppose you could wire your fuel pump directly to the keyed side of the fuse box.
stock enginestock engine in 1994 ford probe GT is a Mazda 2.5L 24 valve V6.
