30 Kg in a week is not possible without radical surgery, like either removing a HUGE tumor, or having both your legs off.

An hour a day in the morning with wake up your brain so with 30 minutes If you work out an hour a day you will loose a lot of pounds a year about 40 pounds a year yes it will take a long time for it to happen but just believe in it its true If you work out 30 minutes.......a year you may loose 10 pounds its very very hard to loose pounds but just keep working on it it will happen......
If you exercise twice a week you might lose weight only if you exercise like for 30 minutes. You might also like to try exercising for about 60 minutes or more.

i would say jogging would be the best. if you already exercise then probably 30 minutes, or you could do walk for 10 for a week, then the next week jog for 10 and then work yourself up to the 30 minutes.

good!! but how often do you eat too much? and it this the only time you exercise? I think you should eat healthy and exercise 3 times a week for 30 minutes.
Short of drastic amputation there is NO WAY to lose that amount in that time, whether you're eating or not.
